Local Information

Welcome to Winter Park, Colorado’s little known treasure for many out-of-staters and a place many residents along the Front Range escape to for either winter or summer mountain activity. Winter Park has it all with cruisers, glades, bowls, chutes, bumps (Mary Jane rated #1 in North America), terrain parks, and a cornice. When you stay at our cozy condo you'll be 300 yards away from the closest chairlift to experience it all

Additionally, the resort offers guided snowshoe tours, scenic chair lift rides, and picturesque snowcat tours. Venture out of the resort on a free shuttle to take the family tubing at one of the coolest hills with a tube tow or hang out in downtown Winter Park for even more restaurants and shopping. For a relaxing way to end your day take a soak at the local hot springs which was once a sanctuary for the Ute Indians or in the shared spa right outside your back patio.

If thinking of a summer vacation, Winter Park Resort is widely known as a mountain bikers haven with over 25 trails accessed by chair lifts, unrivaled gold medal fishing, scenic hikes, great summer concerts like the Winter Park Jazz festival, horse back riding and golf. Just a 45 minute drive and you can spend the day boating at Colorado’s largest natural lake, Grand Lake, or venture into famed Rocky Mountain National Park.
